Around the end of 2017 I started a journey of experimenting new and different tastes and aromas with infused adult beverages.
After many trials this is how I have come to hone my craft of mixing drinks bringing more to your taste buds and less to your liver.
PASSION-MANGO-MACADAMIA RUM INFUSION
Bacardi Silver - 8yrs Rum - naturally infused with: Passion Fruit, Sliced Mango and Crushed Hawaiian Macadamias.
Add 2oz. of infused rum;
1/2oz. of Passion Fruit Juice
3/4oz. Spiced Orgeat Syrup or Fallernum Syrup
1/2oz. Dry Curacao
Shake, Pour over crushed ice and add a few dashes of Tiki Bitters for flavor.
MAI TAI MIX for 2 (Inspired by Trader Vic’s)
2oz. Dark Jamaican Rum
2oz. Martinique Rum
1oz. Rock Candy Syrup
1/2oz. Dry Curacao
1/2oz. Spiced Tropical Orgeat
2oz. Whole Squeezed Limes
2 Dashes of Tiki Bitters
4 Dashes of Absinthe
1 Dash of Grenadine and Garnish with Ground Nutmeg
MISSIONARY'S DOWNFALL (TIKI DRINK)
2 1/2oz. Flor de Cana White Rum
3oz. Whole Squeezed Limes
1oz. Peach Liquor
1 1/2oz. Honey Syrup
4 Pineapple Rings (Fresh Pineapple)
1/2oz. Mint Leaves
RICARDO'S AUTUMN WAFFLE BOURBON
Four Roses Bourbon - infused with:
Sliced Green Apples, Powdered Vanilla, Cinnamon Sticks, Sliced Ginger, Sliced Nutmegs and Homemade Autumn Waffles (made with all kinds of fall spices).
Best Served as Old Fashioned;
