Biography: Ricardo Vilar

Ricardo was born in Cascais, Portugal. He first came in contact with film at age 16 when he was tasked as a school assignment to develop and film a short story. After which, it drove him into endless curiosity.

Shortly after, he applied to study film & television abroad in New York for 2 years. As a student he developed several short films, spec-commercials and produced his first feature length film.

Currently, he lives in New York serving as a producer at Rollin' Studios, inc. where he keeps developing and producing more original content in both the commercial and narrative departments.

Focusing on thought-provoking and critically acclaimed subjects, Ricardo seeks to establish himself in the motion picture industry as a ubiquitous film producer.
